- No non-retail office, event space or business service uses
What is Provided and What is Expected
POP Columbus provides turn-key white-box retail environments. The spaces include signage opportunities, prominent window displays, basic track lighting, and a flexible open floorplan for individual tenants. A small central back-office/storage room is available, as well as a shared bathroom.
POP Columbus additionally provides marketing support through social media promotions and marketing efforts on behalf of the GSC and SID. Additional marketing opportunities are available during special events including Moonlight, Sunlight and Pearl Markets.
Retail tenants are expected to provide their own furniture, product racks and displays, checkout systems, partitions, additional display lighting and any other fixtures or furnitures needed to decorate and display products. Tenants are expected to return the space in its original clean condition upon completion of rental timeframe.
Utilities included in baseline rental cost: electricity, water, heating and cooling, gas, internet. No separate phone line or cable tv package is included.
Tenants are expected to clean/maintain space during usage timeframe, including trash and recycling removal services.

Note: Any proposal for a rental of less than 30 days should be submitted with at least 30 days notice ahead of requested start date.

Note: All rental requests are subject to review by committee before approval. Dates are available on a first-come, first-serve basis with consideration and priority given to longer rental requests of one month or more.
